If you’re not entirely happy with your order, our 30-day return and refund policy is designed to make the process straightforward and hassle-free. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

- Approval: All returns require prior approval. We’ll provide a return shipping address tailored to your location and instructions on how to package and send your item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Notify Us: Once you’ve shipped the item, provide us with the tracking number for your return package.
- Inspection and Processing: We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. You’ll be notified once the refund or exchange is complete.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify your desired replacement item. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly, and you’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Product Quality Issue or Transportation Damage: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
- Change of Mind or Other Reasons: If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, color dissatisfaction, or other personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact [email protected].
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you’ll need to follow the return process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, as per EU regulations. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated costs.

Refunds
