Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required to qualify. Simply select your shipping address during checkout to enjoy this benefit, and no additional shipping fees will be applied.
Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery time varies by region:
- United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & United Arab Emirates: 7–14 business days
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time (depending on your location) + Any Holidays or Delays.
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM MST.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays. We’ll keep you informed if delays occur.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used may vary depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Contact our customer service team for a quote and to arrange faster delivery.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number. Cancellations are only accepted if your order has not yet entered our shipping process. Once your order is marked “Shipped” cancellation is no longer possible, but you’re welcome to return the items instead.
Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. Pulvel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your package’s progress on our website or the carrier’s site.
Import Taxes and VAT
In most cases, your Pulvel order will clear customs without additional import taxes or VAT. However, for larger orders or certain destinations, customs authorities may request extra documentation. If that happens, we’ll gladly work with you to provide the necessary information. Please note that each country has its own import tax thresholds. Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs are not included in Pulvel’s product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please:
- Confirm the shipping address is correct.
- Check all usual delivery spots around your home.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to file a claim.
- Send us proof of non-delivery so we can quickly process your refund.
Additional Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- For large or multi-item orders, your products may be shipped in separate packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Shipping times may extend during busy periods (Holidays and Peak Seasons). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
